In terms of innovative solutions, Bailey Personnel puts a large focus on how we supply staff to clients and their levels of skill sets. The on-boarding process is critical to ensure our business supplies and matches the right people to the right roles. We do this by following a robust process that includes the standard 360 recruitment, however we have included a number of additional innovative steps.
These include forklift evaluations, load and restraint training, Dangerous Goods Awareness, Heavy Vehicle driver evaluations and a Safety and Positive Culture presentation. A number of our staff perform duties in the airport precinct, which requires the holding of an ASIC. As such and in addition, our employees are supplied to the clients already holding the specialized security ID card (ASIC). This saves time and frustration for the client and ensures the staff are placed without delay and work is being completed as efficient as possible.
