Temporary to Permanent Solutions

These transitions allow our clients an option to recruit a member of our team on a temporary to permanent program. You get to study the progress of the individual for up to 3 months before committing to a permanent placement. A perfect solution for many.

This process includes comprehensive behavioural interview, assessment and shortlisting of quality candidates for a client interview. Bailey Personnel also offers post placement support to maximise long-term candidate retention.
